We seek out cross-functional sales people with the ability to see and link the pieces of the big picture together across all functions to make our business grow and flourish. About this Position

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Primary point-of-contact for Financial Services Global Accounts 5 – 10 / (Maintains contact with account at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship
  • You will be presenting our Riverbed Application Performance Platform to high level senior management and other company team members proposing the appropriate value proposition.
  • Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the defined Account List.
  • Develop an overall account strategy leading to the deployment of a well-executed team selling effort into the assigned accounts. Team will include sales, corporate management, and technical sales support.
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction and retention.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have exceptional track record selling high-end software or hardware solutions, preferably in at least two of the following disciplines, Ending User Computing, Application Architectures & Performance Management, Storage & Infrastructure Management or Network Infrastructure, to large Financial Services accounts.
  • Ideal candidate will have direct selling experience. Established relationships in the Finance, Banking Industry.
  • Strong Experience of Selling to C-Level Audience.
  • Responsible for identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities and pro-actively identifying and addressing competitive threats.
  • Individual must possess good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels or organizations.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas year after year.
  • Exceptional sales presentation skills are mandatory.
  • Resides in the targeted geography w/local relationships.
  • Good working experience with key local resellers and experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships.
  • Experience using salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree.
